The project
Bringing heritage and new construction together.
Elements of the existing post office structure were retained and incorporated into a new-build development of 34 luxury apartments for shared ownership and rental.
Integrating old and new
The project combined listed-building works with new construction. The integration presented a range of challenges, which were overcome as the retained structure and new residential accommodation were brought together.
Project involvement
